Cancellation Policy

The reasons I have a cancellation policy are to protect myself and to help out my clients. I sometimes have clients that are in need of a salon service on short notice. By having a 24-hour cancellation policy, this helps me to get them in and rearrange their schedules if necessary.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required. If you call to reschedule or cancel an appointment less than 24 hours ahead, you will be charged for ½ of the service(s) you were to receive. If you don't show up for an appointment all together, you will be charged the FULL cost of the service(s) you were to receive.
I thank you for your understanding. This policy may also help you to get in when others give me enough notice.
