Cancellation Policy

The reasons I have a cancellation policy are to protect myself and to help out my clients. I sometimes have clients that are in need of a salon service on short notice. By having a 24-hour cancellation policy, this helps me to get them in and rearrange their schedules if necessary.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required. If you call to reschedule or cancel an appointment less than 24 hours ahead, you will be charged for of the service(s) you were to receive. If you don't show up for an appointment all together, you will be charged the FULL cost of the service(s) you were to receive.
I thank you for your understanding. This policy may also help you to get in when others give me enough notice.
